Misfit Muscle Club will replace or refund any broken, damaged or incorrect items. Our policy lasts 30 days and we’ll make sure we deal with any issues in a fast and effective manner.

Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.



If you change your mind about a purchase and return it to us unopened and in re-saleable condition within 30 days, we will offer you a product exchange or a credit note.

For all returns we will require or proof of purchase.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order being placed Mon - Fri. Once orders leave Misfit Muscle Club they will be sent through Australia Post.
All orders will receive a tracking number through Australia Post upon dispatch or  a postage notification for local drop off.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us and we will strive to track it down and have it in your hands ASAP. To make the process run as smooth as possible please ensure your delivery address and email entered is correct before completing your order, as we do not offer postage refunds on incorrect address entered.


Pick up is available from Winston Hills. If you wish to place an order for pick up, please email with the details of your order and we will invoice you directly with no shipping cost.
