A gym membership is not required, but it is preferred. I can program for home training, dependent on what equipment you have available to you. Better results are achieved through gym training, and I would highly recommend joining a gym for serious results if your goal is to build muscle mass of any degree.

There is a minimum term of 12 weeks. Real, lasting results take time, and I want you to get more than a quick fix. This timeframe allows us to build sustainable habits, make meaningful progress, and adjust your plan properly along the way. After 12 weeks, you can continue on an ongoing basis with a written cancellation notice period of 2 weeks upon completion of the 12 week term.

After filling out a consultation form, I will contact you to arrange a zero obligation phone call to chat through your goals, needs, and what coaching would look like.
If you’re feeling ready to go ahead, we will arrange a start date for the coaching which will be a Monday.
I will then send you all the onboarding details inclusive of a contract, app set up, onboarding form, and payment set up.
The first four weeks of coaching are due up front as a deposit as there is a large degree of work that goes into creating your program. Your first direct debit will begin four weeks after coaching begins.
Once everything is completed and the deposit paid, I will get to work on building your program.I will have everything delivered to you on the Friday before you begin coaching.

There is no start up fee or any additional fees charged by me outside of your coaching fees.
There is a 12 week minimum term on all packages, and all 12 weeks must be paid before coaching can close. The direct debit company I use reserves the right to charge a dishonour fee at their discretion if funds are not available for withdrawal at the time they are due. This is not a fee I can control, and the fees do not come to me.

Nope! While most of my clients are vegan or vegetarian - I do coach some non vegan clients. As long as you are open minded and want to eat more plants while smashing your goals, that is the most important thing.

At this stage I do not prep bodybuilding clients, but it is something I would love to add to my services at some stage.

I do not work as a face to face PT anymore, however 1:1 Coaching and Training Only clients do receive two free 60 Min PT sessions with me as part of the package, which we book in as needed.

I am a certified personal trainer having completed both Certificates III and IV Fitness. These qualifications are all nationally recognised.
I have also completed the Sports Nutrition accreditation with the Sports Nutrition Association Australia. I no longer pay their fee to promote myself as one of their alumni however.
I have previously completed certificates for CPR, First Aid, NDIS, Police Check and Working With Children, and am constantly seeking opportunities to further my education in fitness, nutrition, vegan specific coaching, women’s health, neurodivergent affirming and trans affirming care.
